ParticipantHow many playable races will there be in Oort Online?
Will there be any traits that each one will be uniquely tied to them? Like certain races are good with melee weapons, to ranged and casting?
Are there going to be ones that have better abilities for specific jobs? (Ex: Building/Exploring/Gathering/Farming/Fighting)
Will there be options to switch faces, hairstyle/horns/ears, eye color, skin color, build (skinny/chubby/muscular).
Will there be race specific gear? If so will it be worn by other races?
Will there be gear that you can wear in-game for both casual and exploration/battle? (Ex: Like you wear a muscle shirt and shorts underneath your armor? Shows casual attire when in towns then switches to battle attire when exiting safe area?
Will there be emotes your character can do? /happy /sad/ /angry /cry /yes /no /laugh /bow /wave
Will it be possible to have an option to sheath and have your weapon of choice displayed with your character. Like if your character was out of combat it would be at your characters side or back, and when in combat your character will have it in their hand/s in combat pose?
Will there be a use for cooking? Will your characters die of starvation or lack of water? In my opinion it would make people become more immersed into the world if they also have to pay attention to their food / thirst as long as it doesn’t go down quickly so that people would actually stock up on food and helps the farmers/breeders to keep up work on their hobby/livestock.
Will you have to water your crops/plants for them to grow? Or would it be like Minecraft where you have to plant it near water for it to have better effect?
Will resources replenish in-game overtime? If so how?
Will there be a wide variety things you can craft/cook/build in-game?
Is there a limit to how much you can build or alter in a world? (I know in some Minecraft servers the world is very ugly when people leave blocks everywhere and aren’t taken down.
Is there any player vs. player in the game? Will there be dueling?
When your character dies, will everything in your inventory be lost on the ground and any passerby can pick it up? Or will a random item be selected and dropped or do you keep everything and lose some gold from dying?
Will you be able to store items in your inventory in chests? Will you be able to craft/build unique treasure chests/safes to store your items? Is it possible for others to take stuff out of your chest or break them to retrieve the contents inside?
How often to monsters spawn? Will certain monsters spawn during different times of the day? Do they drop loot/gold as well?
Will there be any transportation in Oort Online like you can build a boat and others can join you to traverse the waters?
Will there be water creatures? If so will any of them be dangerous? (In Minecraft the waters were deep but no threat or anything is in the waters besides being able to drown.)
Will there be fishing in-game?
Are there different light tools you can use? Different types of torches? Would it be possible if you select a torch that you can walk with it so it can light your path while walking so you don’t have to place it down?
Do chests randomly spawn in random places in the world? It would be hard to treasure hunt if they spawn in the same spot and people are already there (bots) to take it whenever it does, if that’s the case.
Will it be possible to have accessories in-game and viewable on your character? (Ex, rings, bracelets, earrings, necklaces.)
Will there be magical properties you can have on your gear? Will there be an item that can make you double jump or walk on water? Anything unique and fun?
That’s all the questions + the things I’d like to see implemented in-game at the moment. I’m really looking forward to it as well. Keep up the good work guys.

MemberAnother I made add to this.
Are the player models planned on being blocky like the rest of the world, or would they have smoothness to them.
Tbh Id much prefer the models to look as stylized and realistic as possible. Meaning no blockiness to them.
Slight blockiness is okay( I dont want no minecraft steve!)
