Question about Pioneer (Moved)

  I was wondering if me and my friend both payed for pioneer, would all the account keys unlocked have all the perks so we could both have them?(All accounts have perks) Also, would each instant access (2) get its own account, or would they be on the same email?

  I believe that the perks go to the person who pays and gives them the email.
  
  Otherwise a lot of players would benefit from the perks even if they didnt help bring the game to life.

  If you purchase Pioneer, you get 2 instant access. One for yourself and another for a friend, if you like. However, the other perks will be only for you.
