      Tag:85 – Controller support and HDR block lighting

      New Features:
      * Allow larger dynamic range on block lighting.
      * Added controller support (only tested with xbox controllers).
      Fixes:
      * Clean up spawn items and start holding a torch so new players don’t start in total darkness.
      * Added back button to the worlds screen.
      * Prevent block lighting saturation leading to loss of colour.
      * Removed footstep quacking sound on sand.
