Add’em. They belong. Mining, crafting, building? Mining is in their blood, crafting is in their beard, and building is in their ale, which they drink. I’ve looked and cannot find racial confirmation outside of the art on the home page, looks like a bunch of animal human hybrids. Thats fine. Dwarves too. Dont care if you think they’re unoriginal, they’re Dwarves! If you wanna make’m fancy, make’m stone. Living stone Dwarves like Shadowbane did. I liked Cubeworld, i liked my Dwarf. Trove doesnt hav’em, trove can suck my axe. If you wanna do something REALLY original, then dont add Elves, i will PRAISE you for this. Disagree, argue it, im a Dwarf, i’m a stubborn bastard, and i’ve been fighting this fight for YEARS, im a fanatic! Spreading the glory of Dwarves to all ye fantasy appropriate titles !

I’ll read everything i can about the game and think on Dwarven attributes/skills. Will be easier when i know what other races may be around.

Are you referring to me having a tantrum, possibly over Dwarves not being planned? Or is Urist someone else here who, despite being named Urist, is anti-dwarf? These answers shall be UNDUG!

Urist Mc[action] is a reference to Dwarf Fortress, an extremely deep and difficult game in which you micromanage little dorfs. If they become too unhappy, they’ll through a tantrum. Urist Mc[action] is a generic dwarf name used by the community.

You offended me is what you did ! Thats why i thought he was talking about me when he referred the name. Any dwarf worth his ale knows about Dwarf Fortress, its like asking an elf if he knows he has stupid pointy ears.

Dwarves as unplayable NPC race. Because I like irony and dislike smelly dwarves. Elves would be ok though.
