Hey Folks
I’m Christian, but since my first year in school all ppl call me Birne (That’t “pear” in german 😉 ). I just got my access to the game and will start playing tomorrow. I hope to find a nice ppl and a good place to settle (I just read the post about the town on “hell” … I will have a look (if I find a way to get there ;D )).
I’m also playing Wildstar a lot in the moment (a real time consuming hobby), so I will not be online in Oort 24h/d, but will go there often to have a look what may have changed. It my be possible that I’m Online but don’t answer to chats. My girlfriend (herself a real fan of Minecraft and Blockstory) will also go to the game at my computer, but she cannot understand english.
Ok, now I have to work on (I’m on night shift 😉 ). Have a nice day, folks 😀

Welcome to Oort Online, Birne. The game just got some new mechanics so what better time to play than now! People are racking their brains with awesome ideas with whats been given. Let’s see what you can bring/think up!.
I played Wildstar for awhile, best MMO out in my honest opinion. You have good tastes. Are you raiding yet?
Fooks (the server) is a bit crowded. Hell and Dune would probably give you better ping and they’re both still ‘natural’. Not too much around so those would be the ‘places to build.’
If you have any questions feel free to ask! I whipped up a guide (that now needs updating) here: http://oortonline.com/forums/topic/beginners-guide-to-oort/

Yepp, Wildstar is great … but they still have to work on it befor it will be as good as Guild Wars 1 ;D (Which I played for 4 years). I’m just at the beginning for my attunement in W*, so: Nope, not raided jet. I hope to get to them in the next weeks.
I choosed hell for my homeworld for now. The village there will be a great place for my first little house. Thx for the link to your guide, but I’ve already readed it tonight at work (nightshifts can be real smooth sometimes 😉 ).
Now I have to go to bed … next nightshift is waiting for me tonight. … Seeya 😉
