Went up to insomnia 52 to chat to the Oort team on Friday and it was ace. Spoke to Dave, Rob and one of the creative guys but I’ve forgotten your name (sorry) I do remember that he was the man behind the pink.
I asked many questions and they were not afraid to give answers. The combat should role out soon which will be great. Only ranged weapons first but it’s a great step forward and gives us a great reason to aim for combat II for the hand to hand combat in the future, the reason it isn’t out first was due to the difficulty of creating the hand to hand combat. If Rob is true to his word hopefully we will have a video of them fighting in the Arena built in our village on the hell1 server with ranged weapons in PvP mode. What can I say, they are top blokes who want to make the best game possible for us to play and I’m rocking the pink Oort wrist bands!
