Purchased Instant Access but still waiting?

I thought id place this here not sure were else to put it so ya. When i click on the pink box in my email it brings me to a untitled White screen with nothing on it need help

I have not received my email yet after purchasing the wayfarer and have emailed to [email protected]

the pink {email us your ga.me username} button in the the email loaded a blank page?

did it work or…..?

emailed my user name too [email protected] manually.
