steam crashing a lot

steam version crashes a lot, not sure if thats just me or others have that problem as well?
it seems to happen randomly but maybe if i keep playing i’ll notice some kind of pattern eventually idk
other than that there were some small graphic bugs, you could see through mountains etc but i couldn’t take a screenshot for some reason..

ohh also a little question
which world is the one with the lighthouse and slide? they were renamed and i cant find it

It’s not just you, I get seemingly random crashes too.

As for the servers, I created a thread here with the new and old names. If it’s my lighthouse, then it’s on Agabab.

For me the specs are –

i7-2600 @ 3.40GHz
16GB DDR3 RAM
GTX 560 Ti with the latest driver (344.60)
Windows 8.1 Pro x64

Thanks for the reports. We’re going to enable some debugging to help us nail down the issue. I’ll respond with details shortly.

Seeing through the mountains is a known issue. We’ll fix it soon – but de-prioritised it before release as it was mainly an issue of polish.

(We need to make sure neighbour chunks are both remeshed – or remeshed in a suitable order – before switching the chunk you’ve just edited.)

The game generates debugging logs in:

Mac OS X at /tmp/tblz_log.txt
Windows at c:\temp\tblz_log.txt

(Assuming the folders exist.)

Can you send a log after the game crashes?
