      So, earlier today, while drinking my morning coffee, I was world jumping in hopes of seeing the different structures people have built. And while world jumping, i came up with this idea where when a player looks up at each sky he sees a different planet or moon orbiting the same sun that we see in-game. And gives the impression of “yeah, there are a lot of worlds you can visit”. Of course, each world sky would have to be slightly different.

      Not necessarily where a player can build up to to the sky, just purely an aesthetic feature.

      Anyway, thoughts?

      yeah its a genius idea but more than having different moons and stars they could just get different color schemes for each world, both for suns, moons and sky, because it’s going to be an insane amount of work for the devs to make entire new skyes for each world, so like a world where there is a bloodmoon at night would be cool.

      Wow. I’m surprised you guys liked the idea 🙂
      Yeah, i’m sure it would be a lot of work drawing new skies. But, i think it would be a neat little aesthetic for the player to look up and say to himself “i’d like to go….there” and he collects oort stones to do that.

        It would be a lot of work but worth it. The immersion factor would definitely be raised. Great idea, I support this as well.

      I like it
      different color/size/brightness/number of sun(s) and moon(s)
      different star pattern and sky color

      Imagine a world that has a bunch of suns so that instead of night it’s day all the time but there’s still a time you can’t see because there’s, like, 4 suns out and the bloom white-outs everything
      or a world with only a tiny brown dwarf star and no moon so it’s always dark
      or planets that are actually moons orbiting huge gas giants that light up the sky with colors and rainbow like rings
      it would be great!
