Question about Pioneer

  Me and my friend were wondering if we get the pioneer, which gets two instant access accounts, would they both get the exclusive craftable/weapon and other perks for the both of us?

  I believe the perks only go to the account that makes the per chase. Your friend will just get the basic game package when it comes out.
