Sound issues

  I have no sound while in-game, no clue whats wrong or how to fix.
  
  Is there a cmd override i could put into the cmd line in steam, or is there something else i could try?

  If you create a c:\temp folder then run the game a text log file will be created in there. If you can paste that here it may show why the sounds failed to create.

  I already have a c:\temp folder, what would the txt be called?
  i have a few files in there at the moment.

  The file is tblz_log.txt
