      A small number of new users are reporting that they’re not receiving their purchase notifications:

      1. Sometimes there are typos in the email address. We can easily fix this.

      2. Sometimes the notification emails go into their SPAM filters. So make sure you check them, it might be sitting waiting for you.

      3. Sometimes the notifications just don’t arrive at all (often with hotmail and live email addresses.) We’re still trying to work out why because we’re not receiving any failure notifications in return. However, we’ve already done a few things which are definitely helping.

      IMPORTANT:

      1. You should receive your package purchase notification email within seconds (or maybe a few minutes depending on your email provider.) If it doesn’t arrive please email oortonline@turbulenz.com letting us know how your signup details and we will manually send over the notification email.

      2. The notification email tells you how to get into the game if you purchased a packaged with INSTANT ACCESS.
