      Fixes:
      * Fixed ice slopes. No more random bumps while sliding down ice.
      * Fixed bug in server-side c++ physics chunk construction.
      * Various improvements for physics prediction.
      * Fix for controllers Y-axis.
      * Beacons now support multiple users.
      * Made DoF effect more subtle.
