Can i get a reply from a developer, i really would like to read what are one of their thoughts about this.

PD: with the training of racialist you will acentuate the racial characteristics of your character, but characters may manifestate racial skills w/o being racialist, maybe i didnt explain it verry well.

PD2: im making a huge diagram with better description and more specifications.

Yes Thorbjorn, people are discovering this kind of stuff very quickly indeed, but being a hidden feature give to the people the posibility to choose if they wanna learn the info from the Internet, from a friend or maybe discover it in their own way.

Isnt gonna be something jumping in your sceen telling you what to do and how to do it, Its more something you will instinctively growth and learn.
