KeymasterThat could happen if you have very high ping. In the Worlds menu what ping time does it say?
Have you tried swapping it out with the main inventory (E)?

KeymasterMaybe an update did not complete correctly.
In Steam right click on Oort and choose Properties->Local Files->Verify Integrity Of Game Cache to see if that helps.Also have you tried a rebooted?

KeymasterIf you have nothing to delete on the drive then if there are some large rarely used folders you can set them to compressed which may free up enough space.

Did you play the game before running the editor? It should have installed the Visual Studio redistributable.

KeymasterYou will need a reasonable good broadband to play the game. I doubt a 1mbps will be playable.
We have some Australian server which may be lower ping. 300ms should be playable for general game play as long as it doesnt spike higher.

If its this http://www.samsung.com/us/computer/chrome-os-devices/XE503C12-K01US then looking at the specs its going to struggle to run the game.

KeymasterIE11 wont work at the moment.
For Chrome there should be a Chrome pop up that ask you whether you want to allow the game to capture the mouse which you need to click allow on.
