    Unfortunately, the username cannot be changed right now from a technical perspective. However, in the future, we hope to support nicknames. Sorry about this.

    Hello there,

    Sorry for the delayed response.

    To get a beacon on your building, email the following information to oortonline@turbulenz.com

    “World name”, “coordinate of the center”, “Username”.

    Press . key to display the coordinates.

    It is a manual process on our side for now so it can take couple days as we have been getting many requests.

    Thanks for reporting this bug. It is now in our bug database and we will be looking into this issue. For now, can you let us know the spec of your computer? e.g. OS, Graphics card model and CPU speed. I assume you are playing the game via Steam?

    Sorry for not replying to your question earlier. Unfortunately, we cannot give you a free key. The Trailblazer tier is much more affordable than the next tier up. Hopefully, you can purchase that in the future.

    Sorry for the delayed reply. Do you have two login oort online accounts? If so, is this because you purchased a tier that gives you multiple access to the game? Can you also let us know if you made the account at ga.me or in Steam. Please email the answers to oortonline@turbulenz.com

    We are working on releasing our Beacon system but meantime, we will need to do this manually so it may take more than a day to accommodate your request. Could you email us this information to the following email address.

    Hello there,

    Unfortunately, as you noticed, the Oort Online (game login) and forum accounts are not synched. Sorry about that. At this point in time, we cannot change your forum account name but you can change your password. If you like the username and password to be the same as the forum username and password, you will need to create a new forum account for now.
