    some notable changes to key commands, Debug is now “.”, talk is “tab”

    Tree leaves are a place holder texture, as is much of what you see in game right now. Not to fear, Dev’s will surely deliver!

    I SHOULD create a world or two… but at the moment I’m trying to juggle Oort, WoW, work and life in general like a juggler with too many chainsaws in the air and I’m afraid to take on another task. Perhaps soon™

    Instead of respawning, just use P to travel to another world, then back to yours. you’ll reappear at your home with all items in your bag. The respawn function suicides and starts you over.

    Keep in mind, however, that the P function will not be in the final game. To get your rare materials home you will physically have to travel home the same way you got to where ever you found the materials.

    The planned races that have been teased are all beasts so far, to some extent. I like dwarves, but I think they’d best serve as NPC race like villagers in MC. Even then, continuity may be broken by having all animal races, then suddenly dwarves.

    I’m currently working on building the spawn point for Sedatars, but I plan on starting a city/town on one of the near by shores. That would be a great place to start.

    Somebody mentioned bacon? Yes, I think the most important thing to take from this conversation is bacon, and how we need it in the game.

    That is impossible to read without opening it in a new tab, but good point. Still, we NEED signs.

    I can answer some of these questions!

    1)Mega Beacons have not been added to the game yet, but my understanding is that they will simply be a standard beacon with +50% range.

    2)The range bonus should apply to ALL of your beacons. This is not yet confirmed, but there has been no discussion or suggestion of multiple tiers of beacons.

    3)If they stick with the model for when I personally bought my package, no. Only the instant access keys (2x) will have full benefits. The additional steam keys are yours to give away once the full version hits steam. They are basic access.

    A dev may pop his head in here and amend what I have said, as the packages have changed somewhat since originally introduced. They may decide to set ALL keys you buy to have the same perks, but I doubt it.
