For refinement steps which are done entirely by machine this is good but I’d like to see that your lvl in a skill influences the outcome too if you’d have to do things by hand.

I’m not sure but there shouldn’t be a problem if you play with the .exe or does mac not have the .exe yet?

I think they have at the moment a problem with some worlds so they take them offline to fix it and they’re back up in 1-2 days.

Just tweet again. They get more and more messages but normally they answer within a day. Just ask politely again.

    Hello and welcome to Oort^^
    1. Depends which one you mean: the normal lamps you have in your inventory, press I for infinite building materials. The blue blocks are found in caves or in some worlds under flying islands.

    2. I think the feature of a connected universe isn’t fully implemented at the moment. They still have problems with blocks from different worlds changing if you change the world. So a bug I’d say.

    3. There are only a few portals, mostly at the capitals I think. The only strategy would be to ask the devs^^

The vanilla state IS with guilds. This is a MMO. Which MMO doesn’t have guilds?

no a limit of one beacon per world doesn’t sound nice at all. I want to have the freedom to own and place as many beacons as I want. However, the difficulty of obtaining another beacon after the one you get for starting, is a whole different matter. They should be dangerous and hard to obtain, so only groups or maybe a middle to high level player could get one.

Good ideas, especially the AI one, except for the strict separating of pets into 3 classes. My giant battle cat/lion can be a sweet “little” kitty at home and I’d love to ride around on it. I want that to be one pet and not 3 different pets, I’d have to make look alike as good as possible^^

Why have to work through many picks anyway? How often does a miner really buy a new pickaxe? I think Oort should go a new way about that.
But besides that, I too think the really epic things you can craft should have really complex recipes.

What you searched was a ballista^^
I like the idea of a dulling system (maybe without breaking) so you have to sharp your weapons regularely and the really! low-tech guns/siege weapons.
What I don’t like that much is this try to copy a Minecraft Mod into Oort (If you didn’t know about this mod then just ignore this passage). Surely the crafting system should neither be to easy nor to difficult. But it should be something more distinguishable and more detailed than this Minecraft mindset.
I’m not sure if I could explain good enough how I feel about this whole modifiere, binding etc. thing. It’s just a general “don’t want that thing in Oort”.

At the moment you should just write them a mail and see what they say about adding your world (or any world).
