Tag:83 – Audio, chat, respawn and options

New Features:
* Added chat window. Open the window with ‘Tab’ key and send messages to nearby players. You can also scroll up and down in the chatlog while the window is open (see the controls menu for more info).
* Changed keybindings so ‘.’ changes gui display level (was previously ‘Tab’)
* Added Invert Y mouse option.
* Spawn at a random place on new worlds (on dry land).
* Can set a respawn location on each world (defaults to initial spawn position or portal exit).
* Can respawn at a worlds central location.
* Splash screens.
* Mouse sensitivity option.
* More particle effects, sound effects and ambient sounds.
– Particle and sound effects when hitting, placing and removing blocks
– Particle and sound effects when using grappling hook.
– Sound effects when creeping, walking, running, jumping.
– Sound effects when hitting things and receiving fall damage.
– Sound effects when dying.
– Sound effects when near torches, water, running water.
– Sound effects when moving quickly in wind.
– Sound effects when picking up items.
– Sound effects when passing through portal.
– Ambient sound effects when near a portal, underwater or in caves.
– Ambient sound effects for times of day, and during weather (snow, rain)
* Sound effects through portals and for other players.
– All sound effects (except for portal transition sound, and wind speed sound) can be heard by nearby players. Including through portals.
– INCLUDING through portals.
– Ambient sound effects will fade in/out with distances to portals eg. a portal from rainy gaia onto a cave system in luca will allow you to hear the cave echoes whilst near the portal, and heard the rain whilst near the portal on gaia.
Fixes:
* Worlds screen no longer shows large initial pings.
* Crash on steam version when adding blocks at the top of the world.
* Torches at y=255 not rendering.
* Fix breaking decals not being lit by world.
Known issues:
* Torch/water sounds may sometimes be played out of perfect sync.
* Block placement/removal particle effects are not lit by world.
