    a little problem i noticed by regenerating terrain below sea leavel would be trees… they would not be regenerating. maybe make them drop saplings or make them auto grow after a while?

    there will probably be dev’s aroundi n game that can delete inappropriate buildings wether it’s under protection of the beacons or not.

    or you can just craft them bags and modifie them giving them “permissions”
    this bag has permission to store ores
    this bag has permission to store tools
    this bag has permission to store nothing but sand and stone

    maybe something like that?

    Also maybe make some bags for transport pets. so we can load our pet full of stuff and keep mining and then head out to emty the bags of the pet and yours.

    In my opinion

    It should start off pretty basic…
    this encourages new players to start crafting and explore crafting more.

    But it gets more detailed the longer you go.

    for example you got 3 simple 1 tier tools
    (stick bronze bar = bronze pick axe)
    next up you got 9 more detailed tier 2 tools
    (wooden handle, pickaxe mallet + Iron and coal -> steel pick axe head = steel pick axe)
    and lastly you got 30 or more very detailed tier 3 tools
    Refined hard wood handle, pickaxe head mallet , attachment rod mallet, steel + adamantite aloy (stedamant), stedamant pickaxe head + stedamant attachment rod + refined hardwood handle = stedamant pick axe.)

    The last most detailed tier allows for experimentation and visual differences so that the entire tier 3 equally good.

    while we are at it to pick up on the idea of Grimoire;
    You say different tool stations e.g. leatherworking station , armorsmith station, ect. it is a great idea. I’d like to borrow some element’s of Zouls
    and mine to sketch this idea.
    While you are building you can mark area’s with a tool that says in this area you are allowed to make stuff with smithing. in this area you are allowed to make stuff with the tanning rack , ECT…

    So that players can make “rooms” As big(capped) or as small as they like.
    Also you need to be in that space to delete the marking so you can place it somewhere else.

    And we can use rooms to make transportation and automatisation easier like the pipe sstem in feed the beast minecraft. if made in this area transport to that area, Ect…

    sounds cool especially the dungeons and probably an amount of rare and exotic minerals and ores at great depths but i think it would be running heave on the engine?

    maybe at a certain dept put a portal that goes down deeper on another world but still the same ( wish i could explain it better).

    I like horizontal portals too
    i have this idea to make an warp portal that brings you to another world THrough alot of portals in different worlds

    for example

    You start off in snow and drop down through green where you keep dropping down to blue ect. ech line is a layer of the warp portal like this.

    Blue world
    ———–
    Red world
    ———–
    Orangeworld
    ———–
    purple world
    ———–
    Destination world

    or even to keep your building compact with a portal leading through a giant store room.

    It doesn’t need to be difficult, just one recipe.
    imagine when you make the recipe a window pops up with all the different slopes.
    that would make it 1 click harder. 🙂

    Races were always one of the most difficult choices to make for me.

    I have read about an reptillian and insect race on the website.

    Some perks that each race could have( not game breaking)

    -insectian
    less fall damage

    -reptillian
    waterbreathing (longer time under water

    some races that would be interesting for me are:

    -Plant like race (something alon the lines of the sylvari)
    -Rock like race
    -canine race
    -feline race

    like 2-4 races but no more, because choosing will be difficult enough for me with only the 2 mentioned on the website ^^

    I like the ideas,
    maybe put other ideas in aswell and make it a merged post with all those things in one place.

    + Other world armor/ weapons / tools: each word has different materials, therefore the inhabitants have different armor / weapons / tools

    +item combinations : 2 swords + iron bar to make crossed iron sword decoration to hang on walls

    +lock doors/chest/gates with oortstone locks: when made and used registers the player name and only he can enter, except if he put other names in aswell.
